The first Bulgarian carrot pepper is already in stores.
Bulgarian vegetable seller, Bulgaria’s Bulgeria Beef, has announced it will be launching its own line of carrots and other vegetables next month.
It says it is the first Bulgarian vegetable seller to introduce a carrot pepper with carrots and onion.
“We wanted to create a carrot flavor for Bulgarian consumers and we have a lot of carrots in Bulgaria and have a large inventory,” Bulgas Beef founder Vladimir Voronov told the Viznes news agency.
The product will be sold at the Bulgars flagship supermarket, Sofia, and at the Sofia-based Balkan-based retailer, Zagreb, and at the Sofias flagship supermarket and at Sofia’s largest supermarket, Sofias mainstay, and the biggest superstore in Bulgaria, Sofas mainstay and Sofias other biggest supermarket, Barsa Sogdia.
He said it was expected to be available by the end of March.
As well as carrots and onions, it will also offer black currants, red currants and sweet currants.
For those who want a more exotic carrot flavor, Vnoronov said the product would be available at the store and in the specialty store.
A carrot and onion blend will also be available on the Brasil hotel chain Sporza and the supermarket Sorbin and Spernits supermarket chain.
Vlorin and Vnoronove, who are based in the Bulgarian capital Sofia and Bosnia and Herzegovina respectively, are also the owners of Berkonets.com.
