The New Yorker’s Dan Savage and BuzzFeed’s Emily Bazelon reported on Bulgaria’s new “Bulgari Lunges” and the way it’s being introduced to restaurants across the country.
They’re also going to introduce it to a national television audience.
The new “Lunges” will have a “chocolate-like chocolate” taste that tastes like “fudge with a hint of vanilla” and a “slight crunchyness.”
The recipes they’re making for the new dishes are being shared on Twitter and Instagram.
BuzzFeed says the “Lounge Bar” will also feature a “fancy velvet tablecloth, a marble fireplace, and an Italian wine bar” on the main dining room table.
It’s unclear whether the restaurant will also serve “lungs” in a coffee shop.
